Brownfields Tools for Redevelopment
and Economic Growth

The New Mexico Environmental Department’s Brownfield Program, the Technical Assistance to Brownfields Program (TAB) at Kansas State University, and the Eastern Plains Council of Governments are sponsoring two workshops to help communities learn about Brownfield properties and how to fund successful redevelopments through different available resources.

Who Should Attend? Previous workshop attendees include local government, economic development staff, community grant writers, community groups, real estate developers, commercial real estate brokers, lenders, regional economic development agencies, consultants, and others interested in financial resources for local redevelopment.

Cost: Free! (Registration required)
