Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

The Carl R. Ice College of Engineering is committed to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment. The college recognizes the need to ensure all our students are prepared to engage in a global and diverse corporate environment.

The college invests in programs to recruit and retain demographics historically underrepresented in engineering. In addition, specific programs and student organizations are available to create an environment of belonging for students.
